We will be holding our annual afternoon New Years Day Folk Dance Party on Zoom, Thursday Jan 1, 2026, 1pm-4pm.
We will *NOT* be meeting the following day, Friday Jan 2.
Reminder that we're also *NOT* meeting Friday Dec 5. But we will meet as usual all the Fridays in between (Dec 12, 19, 26).
Here are some photos from the September 9, 2023 folk dance party celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Lake Geneva Folk Dance Camp, which moved to Oconomowoc in later years. A good time was had by all, the weather was perfect, and it was great to see and dance with people in person again. Many thanks to the committee that organized the event!

We'll be back on Zoom Fri Apr 8, continuing to keep an eye on COVID
levels for a while longer -- even though the CDC "Community Level"
calculation comes up as "Low" at present, the "Community Transmission
Level" still comes up as "Substantial", still significantly higher than
it was last summer, and the news still reports surges in various other countries around the world, so we'll continue to be "better safe than sorry" for now.

We WILL be meeting on Zoom Saturday, Jan 1, 2022, from 2:00 pm to 4:30pm to dance in the new year, at our usual a different Zoom meeting ID link. We'll send e-mail to our Bcc mailing list with the info. If you would like to attend but haven't been getting our e-mails, send us e-mail at lindaandjay@comcast.net and we'll send you the info.
