Univ of Chicago Folk Festival Feb 15-16, 2019

The University of Chicago Folk Festival this year is Fri-Sat Feb 15-16, 2019.

Concerts are 8pm Friday and 7:30pm Saturday, at Mandel Hall, 1131 E 57th St, Chicago.

Workshops are during the day Saturday, at Ida Noyes Hall, 1212 E 59th St, Chicago.

• Scandinavian Dance, Saturday, 10:30-12:00, Cloister Club
• Cajun Dance, Saturday, 1:00-2:30, Cloister Club, with a lesson from 12:30-1
• Barn Dance, Saturday, 3:00-5:00, Cloister Club
• Morris Dancing with Pullman Morris and Sword, Saturday, 11:30 - 12:30, Third Floor Theater
• Waltzes and English Country Dances, Saturday, 12:30-1:30, 3rd Floor Theater

There are also music workshops, including Chicago Recorder Society on Saturday, 11:00-12:00, Library (1st Floor)
